Goal and Food Update {WIAW}

I apologize for opting out of the wiaw thing last week. I had no motivation to post anything haha. But I'm back this week with my daily eats. Jenn is the best and puts this together every week so big thanks to her!

Before I get into the eats, I just want to do a quick up date on my goals.

I have achieved all of them mostly. I have gone to the gym and gotten over my fear of working out with other people. I have worn tank tops on almost all of our hikes. I have even upped my calories for over three weeks now.

I'm pretty amazing.

Breakfast: Monkey Brains Oatmeal with peanut butter and coconut shreds!

I have my slip ups obviously. Like the other day at the gym, the weights rack was packed. I'm talking like over twenty people working out in a tiny little section of the gym and I completely freaked out. I was trying to do a chest and tricep workout but before I got the chance to do the chest part I broke down due to the increasing overwhelming feeling I was having. I told Ben I had to leave so we did. I was pretty upset and it ruined my whole night but I got over it and hit the gym strong the next morning.

Fall down and get right back up.

Snack: Oatmeal Raisin BruBar! If you haven't tried these bars you must! I received some from the company and at first I thought they were going to taste like all the other bars out there but OMG they are so much better!

Eating has been going pretty well. I am managing to get more calories mostly during the day so that by the night time I am not stuffing my face. Some days are harder than others but I work through them.

Must eat to be strong.

Lunch: It started with a tuna mix which consisted of tuna, spinach, tabbouleh, and guacamole! YUM. I then headed for my berries and then some tamari almonds! A wonderful, filling lunch.

Ben and I are in the process of hopefully buying a new car. Ours is falling apart and a new one would be wonderful. We'll see how it goes.

Snack: A very delicious peach! And some Better Brittle which was sent to me from the company. This stuff is like the BEST THING EVER!

Dinner: I swear I'll never get sick of squash and sausage! It's just so good, I can't help it. That hunk of white is a piece of laughing cow cheese and I also thew in some guacamole, YUM!

Snack: (no picture) I usually have some sort of fruit or peanut butter for my night snack. The other night I had a chobani yogurt to mix things up a bit!

I don't really have any new goals besides continuing these ones. I think that if I added more things to do to my list, I will just get overwhelmed. Besides, these three goals are really the focus for me every.single.day.
I have to mentally prepare myself to go to the gym everyday. not because I don't wan to workout, but because of the social aspect of it. It's challenging. And then I obviously have to think about eating every day and make sure I eat well and enough. It's also a mental challenge. So I'd say that is enough mentally challenging things for one person!

I hope you are having a great week so far!

Here's some songs for the week:
